Nombreuses Graines aka Simone Howard will not sell, trade or distribute any personal information that you may provide us during the process of using or purchasing products from this website. We do not automatically add an e-mail address to the mailing list. Please sign up for the newsletter to be on our e-mail list.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may return most new and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item for example). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package back.

However in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time it takes for us to process the return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund payment request. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s as delivery of said item/s is beyond our control. Each item is made using my original designs and is unique / one of a kind. No patterns are utilised, the making of each item is a natural, organic process. Eco friendly, sustainable slow fashion. Please note that variation in color or texture is part of the story and inherent to this handmade product. I photograph in daylight and make every effort to represent the colors as accurately as possible, however colors can ditter a little due to photo-light and the settings of your monitor.
